Any reference to wellness will produce 8 key areas.  To think FluildlyFit is to recognize that our Core Four - body, heart, mind, and soul - are the foundation to self-actualization.  Social, financial, occupational, and environmental wellness are the external influences that contribute to overall wellbeing.
